Framed People gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Sale items are exchange only and not eligible for refunds.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
